Well compared to the blizzard of 2013 life has been dull for us. Thank God! Not missing the snow at all.
We left New Orleans with a heavy heart, it was a great month and we had a great time. We will be stopping on the way home. Our final night we went back to Harrah's to say goodbye to the Leprechaun in our favorite slot and he gave us $100 going away present.
We hit the road and stopped in Beaumont Tx for our first night at Hidden Lane RV Resort It was a nice RV park on a small man made lake only blocks from I10. Full hookups and a pull thru site were only $31.50. It gave us a chance to due laundry and take looong showers having the sewer hookup.
We were on the road at the crack of 9:30 headed to the KOA in San Antonio. While here we plan to visit the Riverwalk and on the way out of town Monday stop at the San Antonio Shoe factory and outlet store. SAS shoes.
